What started out as looking into exaggerated claims both with the vehicle and personal injuries we have, unfortunately, seen an increase number of “staged” collisions in Ireland with four to five passengers.
The driver of the vehicle will make an unexpected maneuver on the road, forcing an “innocent party” to crash into the vehicle. Each claimant then files claims for injuries sustained in the vehicle.
